What to Expect

We are delighted that you have chosen to consult with Dr. Stefanacci. Plan to spend about an hour with us. You'll meet both our nurse educator and Dr. Stefanacci on your first visit. We'll chat about your expectations and give recommendations for the best way to meet your goals.  You'll also see photos of before and after pictures regarding the procedure you are interested in, or for which you have been referred.

Cosmetic Consultation Patients

There is a $100 charge for the consultation. If you schedule surgery within 90 days following the consultation, this fee will be applied towards the surgery. Our scheduling policy requires a $750 deposit to reserve your surgery date.

If your appointment is for breast augmentation you'll be trying on implants sizers with Dr. Stefanacci on your consultation day.

After your consultation, you will be given a complete cost analysis that will include all fees for your surgery.

Reconstructive Procedure Patients (Including Breast Reduction) 

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

After your consultation, pictures may be taken to submit to your insurance company.

Skin & Laser Treatment Patients

Please complete the Laser & Skin Care History form prior to your first visit. This will save time when you arrive for your initial treatment.

What to Bring

• Medical History Form - complete the online form, print it and bring it with you.
• Laser & Skin Care Form - if you're coming in for skin treatment.
• Mammogram - If you are coming in regarding any kind of breast surgery, and are age 40 or older, you will need to have a current (last 12 months) mammogram to proceed with surgery.
• Insurance Card - If your consultation is for reconstructive surgery, including breast reduction, please bring your insurance card to your appointment. Also, be prepared to have pictures taken to submit to your insurance company.

What NOT to Bring - No Children Please

As a courtesy to our patients, we request that no minors accompany you to your appointment. Also, at no time can minors be left unattended during the consultation process. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
